About me - Gail Wright



I am a Person Centred counsellor who integrates different theories.  I provide counselling for individuals or couples and I counsel teenagers upwards. I have familial and professional experience working with Autism and Aspergers and I am a specialist Autism Counsellor with Action for Aspergers. I am experienced with trauma, anxiety, loss and suicide. For several years I worked with the Samaritans, Cruse Bereavement, a prison and with a local homeless charity.  Providing me with the experience to be able to support you within the counselling sessions here in Peterborough, helping you on your journey forward.  I will help you work through your issues, with the aim of you becoming you once more. 

My qualifications include:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, including working with Victims of Abuse and Loss & Grief

  • Understanding Children and Young person's Mental Health

  • Level 5 Life Coach

  • Foundation in Psychology

  • Awareness in Bereavement, including sudden and traumatic death
