As a Person Centred counsellor I work by integrating different theories and and I offer counselling for young people, individuals and couples.  As an experienced counsellor I have worked with people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, loss and suicide as well as other areas of distress.  Part of my experience includes working with the Samaritans, Cruse Bereavement, within a prison and with a local homeless charity.    I also have 26 years familial and professional experience working with Autism/Aspergers and ADHD.  I am able help you work through your issues and help you to move forward in your way and at your pace.  Each session is tailored to your own needs.  We are after all individuals.

  I regularly attend training and workshops and my qualifications include:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, including working with Victims of Abuse and Loss & Grief

  • Understanding Children and Young person's Mental Health

  • Level 5 Life Coach

  • Foundation in Psychology

  • Awareness in Bereavement, including sudden and traumatic death
